Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaSClaw.ai ("the Service"), operated by SaaSClaw ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
SaaSClaw is a self-hosted AI-assisted application builder. The Service provides tools for planning, building, deploying, and managing web applications using large language model ("LLM") agents. You provide prompts and instructions; the Service generates, edits, and deploys code on your behalf.
2. Account Requirements
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or deploy malicious software, malware, or exploits
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any connected systems
- Use the Service to spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service (except as permitted by applicable law or the AGPL-3.0 license)
- Generate deepfake content, non-consensual explicit content, or content designed to mislead about its origin
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service generates code, text, and other content using LLMs. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated output may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or inaccuracies
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or content generated by the Service before deploying it
- We do not guarantee the correctness, security, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output
- You retain responsibility for the applications you build and deploy using the Service
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the code and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train LLMs or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.
6. Deployed Applications
Applications you deploy through the Service are hosted on infrastructure we operate. You are responsible for ensuring that your deployed applications comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to take down any deployed application that violates these Terms or is the subject of a valid legal complaint, without prior notice.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as LLM providers (Z.ai, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) and GitHub. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
If you connect your GitHub account, we access your repositories solely to clone, commit, and push changes as directed by you through the Service.
8. Payment and Billing
The Service may offer paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Deployed application data and git history may be retained longer for operational integrity.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your deployed applications, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
